With a team of 65+ people globally, Pangea has built an established recruitment operation and is continuing to grow.
They are now looking for ambitious athletes and former athletes to join the team and build a career in recruitment.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for someone who is competitive, driven and willing to put in the work to build a successful career.
Pangea is specifically interested in athletes because of the qualities they bring from sport: work ethic, resilience, discipline, competitiveness and the desire to improve.
You’ll join an established team and be given the training, support and environment to develop into a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, managing both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The role will primarily focus on the European market, working with businesses and professionals across some of the world’s fastest-growing industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
As you develop into a 360-degree recruiter, your role will include:
- Building relationships with clients across the European market
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Building your own network within your specialist market
- Negotiating with clients and candidates
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing a strong understanding of your chosen industry
- Learning from experienced recruiters and progressing within the business

You don’t need previous recruitment experience. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
You could be a current athlete considering your next move, a former professional or semi-professional athlete, or simply someone with a competitive sporting background who wants to build a career outside of sport.
